About the blog

FROM THE ONLINE: I’m a reporter for the media industry website Journalism.co.uk, based in the UK. This is the overflow area for my daily work online but does not necessarily, and never intends to, reflect the opinions of my employer. It’s a chance for me to experiment with ideas and web tools beyond the day job… the things I read/spot that don’t quite fit into the category of work. As the title suggests, it’s my thoughts on the media world, and a bit more. I also contribute to Global Voices Online.
